A Weekend of Introspection in the Langhe Hills

The Langhe region, in Lower Piedmont, is famous for the production of high-quality wines like Barolo and Barbaresco. The landscape is a succession of vineyards, historic villages, and hills that create a breathtaking panorama. In addition to wines, the Langhe is known for the white truffle of Alba and a rich gastronomic tradition with typical dishes like braised beef in Barolo wine and tajarin pasta.

But today we are not here to talk to you about food and wine, although they enriched the weekend just spent at the Casale del Valla. Mario and Barbara, managers of the establishment, welcomed us into an intimate and reflective environment. The endless hills, meditative silence, and magical contact with nature made the experience unique.

The sauna could not be missed, and on this occasion, it surpassed its traditional function. It was not just a place of warmth and physical well-being, but thanks to the presence of Annachiara from NatureTherapy, it transformed into a meditative environment. Thus began an introspective and emotional journey that allowed many to enter into deep contact with themselves, fostering greater awareness of their body, mind, and emotions.

A heartfelt thank you to Mario, who delighted us with a fantastic grill of Piedmontese meat, and to Barbara, companion and impeccable organizer, for welcoming all the people who came for the event. Their commitment and passion made this weekend in the Langhe an unforgettable experience.
